Your Environment is Important to Your Path

It is important where you hang your hat... Where you do your work; and whom is in your life.

Pick places of nature that you can explore.  Take time to slow down on a busy street or in the middle of a busy day.  Seek out people and places of inspiration.

Go against the grain to find your own inner rhythm.

The more inspired you are, the more you tap into your Spiritual Essence.

If you are in a living environment or work environment that is overly challenging seek out places to refresh and nurture.  Also, make sure you are getting in enough "downtime", "on your own time" and "unstructured time"

The Soul likes experiences and to wander and this renews the Spirit.
